1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participating in the party bus event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Injury from sudden vehicle movement or stops, slipping, tripping, or falling while onboard. Potential contact with alcohol (if over 21) or other participants. Accidents or collisions, I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with this event.
2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release and hold harmless the Organizer, Party Bus Company, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during or as a result of this event.
3. Alcohol and Conduct
I understand that if I am under the age of 21, I am not permitted to consume alcohol. I agree to act responsibly and will not engage in any illegal or dangerous behavior while on the party bus. I understand that violating these terms may result in removal from the bus without refund.
4. Medical Emergencies
In the case of a medical emergency, I authorize the organizer or party bus staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf and agree to assume all costs related to such treatment.
