Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work for your party bus booking:
1. Cancellations:
14+ days before your event – Full refund of deposit.
7–13 days before your event – 50% of deposit refunded.
Less than 7 days before your event – Deposit is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows – Full trip cost is due.
2. Rescheduling:
You may reschedule once at least 7 days before your event without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling less than 7 days before your event may result in a $100 change fee and is subject to bus availability. Rescheduled events must be within 6 months of the original date.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
All requests must be made in writing by email or text message. Date changes are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Johnny C’s Party Express LLC.
