Welcome to Johnny C’s Party Express. By booking or riding with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all reservations. Final payment is due 7 days before your event. We accept most major payment methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel 14+ days before your reservation: full refund of deposit.
Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund of deposit.
Cancel within 7 days of event or fail to show: deposit is non-refundable.
3. Service Rules
All passengers must conduct themselves respectfully. Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21+. ID may be checked. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on the bus. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of service with no refund.
4. Liability
Johnny C’s Party Express is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Damage & Cleaning
The booking party is responsible for any damage to the vehicle or its equipment caused by passengers. A minimum $100 cleaning fee will apply for excessive spills, bodily fluids, or damage requiring special cleaning.
